The
first shop was in via dell'Orso, Milan.
It was in 1979 when differently shaped, snow-white sparkling
porcelain stood out amongst thousands
of decorated borders, flowers, stripes and casual decorations.
The white colour redefined the outlines and redesigned style,
the style of the table, the house and, above all, a life-style.
The original idea was first created by searching in France,
in factories that were rich in industrial culture and historical
archives, for expressive pieces that come from a glorious
past, that are not nostalgic but full of contemporary energy
and just right for re-vitalizing the tables and houses of
our days.
